We trade fairly and appreciate the same in return
If you wish to return an item to us you MUST contact us first and return your purchase with FB approval.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS STORE IS NOT AN OFF THE PEG STORE, ALL PURCHASES ARE CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS, WE ARE THEREFORE NOT A TRY AND BUY SERVICE.
Our clothing is custom made to customers requirements so please only purchase if 100% sure, as returns are of no use to us and costly, taking up time when we have many customers awaiting orders to be made.
In most circumstances custom made to order clothing is non refundable,
Clothing returned with signs of being worn without our approval will not be refunded

1..Sizes not received or Unwanted Items:
If customer does not return size information, therefore we are not able to dispatch intime for date requested,
2..Faulty Items:
We will only offer refunds on faulty unworn goods, please keep in smoke free enviroments.
Please inspect your garment prior to wearing and contact us immediately if there is a problem.allclothing is inspected prior to shipping
3..Non-Receipt of goods: The majority of outfits are sent via next day special delivery.
In the event of an order going missing in the post, we will go threw procedure of claim compensation from Royal Mail, we will aim to issue replacements to customers if required.
For items sent via first class post or recorded delivery we must allow 3 weeks before issuing a replacement or refund.
Most items will either require a signature or will not fit through a letter box therefore they may be held at your towns sorting office or with a neighbour.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns are only accepted when agreed prior with customer.
When you are making a return please obtain proof of posting and retain this receipt in case of loss.
We can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us and can only help the customer to make a claim for compensation with the proof of posting.

Items delayed in the post or not received due to incorrect address details registered on the user eBay account.
We will deliver to alternate address but this must be confirmed by a telephone call or email from the customer.
