By placing your order with FB dancewear you automatically agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
All of our clothing is bespoke,made to order, we are not a retail store and do not carry readymade clothing.
When you place your order we ask you to be sure before entering into the purchase, as everything we sell is custom made at the time of purchase.
Posting times vary, to make sure you receive your order in time we ask that you forward a date needed by.
Washing information is dispatched with every order, we STRONGLY recommend that you read this information, we will not accept responsibility for damaged clothing due to incorrect washing procedures

Returns Policy.
We trade fairly and appreciate the same in return
If you wish to return an item to us you MUST contact us first and return your purchase with FB approval.
ALL our clothing is BESPOKE, everything you see is custom made to order, we do not carry readymade stock
Our clothing is made at the time of purchase to customers requirements, so please only purchase if 100% sure. Returns are of no use to us and cannot be resold.
In most circumstances custom made to order clothing is non refundable, Bespoke clothing is not covered by distance selling regulations
Clothing that has been approved by us to be returned with signs of being worn will not be refunded

Please make sure you select all the correct info from the drop down menus before you commit to buy, refunds will not be given on errors due to not selecting correct sizes or colours
Faulty Items:
We will only offer refunds on faulty unworn goods, please keep in smoke free enviroments.
Please inspect your garment prior to wearing and contact us immediately if there is a problem.allclothing is inspected prior to shipping
Non-Receipt of goods: The majority of outfits are sent via next day special delivery.
In the event of an order going missing in the post, we will go threw procedure of claim compensation from Royal Mail, we will aim to issue replacements to customers if required.
For items sent via first class post or recorded delivery we must allow 3 weeks before issuing a replacement or refund.
Most items will either require a signature or will not fit through a letter box therefore they may be held at your towns sorting office or with a neighbour.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns are only accepted when agreed prior with customer.
When you are making a return please obtain proof of posting and retain this receipt in case of loss.
We can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us and can only help the customer to make a claim for compensation with the proof of posting.
DISCLAIMER:

We will not accept responsibility for errors or delays caused by customers not reading product descriptions or store policy correctly.
Refunds will not be issued on incorrectly washed garments, please carefully follow enclosed care/wash info enclosed with your order

International Buyers: We do not accept anything but GB pounds, as it costs us to much to covert foreign currency.

Washing Instructions
We do enclose full washing instructions with every purchase, please make sure you follow OUR info fully, i personally test wash all fabrics, if our instructions are followed, there are no problems
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS ...
1..Wash lycra outfits separately..do not mix with other items of clothing..
2..machine wash, on its own...outfit only, no other items of clothing...
A COLD WASH..30 degrees or less...
when we washed on 30 degrees there was no colour leekage at all...over 30 degrees and there is...the key is, cold water wash...
3..a fast spin..
4..Important, do not leave washed items in the machine, remove as soon as cycle has finished....do not leave items folded flat and wet or damp..
we recommend a cool tumble dry...basically dry clothing as quickly as possible
we have tested both the metallics and the most commom bright lycras that are most likely to run and we had no problems at all washing in the way above....
DO NOT HANDWASH......DO NOT LEAVE SOAKING.....DO NOT LEAVE FOLDED AND DAMP......DO NOT HANG UP WET TO DRY
We do not recommend using colour catcher products, as these act like magnets drawing the colour out.
All fluffy faux fur items can be machine washed on a Cold water Wash..
again we recommend 30degrees or less.... spin dry.....
cool low heat tumble...the brush back up gently
again we recommend washing seapartely, especially if your fluffy stuff has light n dark colours...if all one colour
please take note on the above..follow our tested washing procedures and your outfits will remain as good as new for as long as you want..
